Our intercultural coaching program worked very well because of a trust based relationship and a tailor made approach.
We started the program with a clear idea about the expectations and we had a chance to compare the result with our take-off point. I am confident in the judgement on that because we also openly reviewed and agreed on the conclusion of the process with a solid debriefing report.
Coaching sessions had a good rhythm, effective but also “fun” !
